Tom qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Arthur Andersen in 2002, and continued to work in practice with Deloitte and Ernst & Young in their Corporate Finance divisions, focusing on asset-backed securitisation.

Tom joined DTZ Corporate Finance in 2004, where he spent 4 years as an Associate Director in the Structured Finance team, focusing on funding and structuring tax efficient property transactions leased to government and quasi-government entities.

Tom left DTZ in 2008 to form GCP where he is responsible for student accommodation and affordable housing. He is currently focusing on a number of developments in central London.
