Stephen spent 16 years in Investment Banking in the City focused on securitisation and tax-based financing.

On leaving the city, he became Head of Structured Finance at DTZ Corporate Finance from 2002 to 2008 where he specialised in the PFI, infrastructure and student accommodation sectors, and in the taxation of real estate transactions.

Stephen left DTZ to form GCP in May 2008. He focuses on the UK infrastructure market, particularly projects structured under PFI.
