Nick spent nine years in investment banking, focused on fixed income and structured finance.

Subsequent to which he joined a private UK property investment company where he was involved with the development and particularly the modelling of tax efficient property financing structures.

In 2002 he joined DTZ Corporate Finance and established the Structured Finance desk with Stephen Ellis, specialising in the arrangement of structured debt for property transactions including the structuring, modelling, and sourcing of debt together with its documentation, execution and hedging.

Nick left DTZ to form GCP in May 2008 where his prime focus is on the long dated cash flows arising from infrastructure assets and student accommodation.
