  • The minimum subscription is £25,000 where investors are otherwise Expert Investors (as defined by the Jersey Financial Services Commission).
  • If an investor is not otherwise an Expert Investor, the minimum subscription is the sterling equivalent of US$100,000 (calculated at the time of subscription).
  • Monthly subscription and redemption.
  • Available for investments to Offshore Bonds, SIPPs, SSASs, and Individuals.
  • Listed on Channel Islands Stock Exchange which is recognised by UK FSA and HMRC.
  • Authorised by Jersey Financial Services Commission.
